Purchases and Shipping
Orders under $100 ship within the continental US via UPS Ground for a flat rate of $15. Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental US, with the exception of saddles. Due to the extra handling requirements and costs involved, the shipping & handling fee for saddles is $75 and a signature will be required upon delivery. Rush shipping is available for a fee of $85 (UPS next-day air) or $50 (UPS second-day air). Extra charges apply when shipping to addresses outside the continental US.
We will price match when we can. Please ask if you’ve seen an item for less. It is sometimes difficult to match online pricing as some online outlets may not carry the overhead costs we do and often add shipping to the final total.
Award gift cards may not be combined with other coupons or sale items.
We are pleased to provide professional discounts to verified trainers after providing business cards and a client list.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase on unused and unworn merchandise, in original packaging, when accompanied by sales receipt.
Refunds, less shipping, will be issued in the original form of payment. Refunds on checks will be issued 10 days after check clears. Cash refunds over $50 will be issued in the form of a check.
No refunds or returns are allowable on clearance items, special orders, custom orders, jewelry, supplements, treats, sterile packaged items, leather that has been cleaned/oiled, or saddles.
Returns of defective merchandise will be addressed on an individual basis, per the manufacturer’s policies and instructions.
Special Orders
Since it’s impossible to stock every product offered in all sizes, colors, and models, we are happy to order non-stock products for you. Please allow 5-14 days for most items with standard shipping.
Special orders for non-stock items require a 50% deposit at time of order. Custom orders and saddles require a 70% deposit at time of order.
Product Trials
Certain products are available for product demos and trials with store approval.
Saddle trials are always available and encouraged to ensure the perfect fit for horse and rider. Contact us for details.
Consignment
We are proud to offer a selection of well-maintained, pre-owned saddles from top manufacturers, at various price levels.
If you are interested in consigning your saddle for sale, please contact us for more information. Space is limited, so we reserve the right of approval to consign an item.

From helmets, riding boots, saddles, girths, stirrup irons and leathers, horse blankets, stable supplies, dietary supplements, and hardware, our products have been manufacturer tested and carry top quality raw material content.
